Terms of Service

Effective date: May 22, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 22, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Paidly.To. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paidly. To mobile application ("Paidly. To," "the App," "the Service") operated by Paidly. To ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Paidly. To, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Paidly. To is a personal bill-tracking application that helps you:

  • Track recurring bill amounts and due dates
  • Receive reminders before payments are due
  • Optionally connect bank accounts via Plaid to auto-detect recurring bills
  • View credit card minimum payments, loan balances, and mortgage details

Paidly. To is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You can use the free plan without a subscription; bank connections and sync are available with a paid plan (see Section 3).

3. Subscription and Billing

Paidly. To offers a free plan and optional monthly subscriptions. Standard is $5.99/month and includes up to two connected banks and multi-device sync. Premium is $9.99/month and includes unlimited connected banks. Prices may vary by storefront or region and are shown before you confirm a purchase.

  • Free Plan — manual bill tracking, reminders, and the calendar are available without a subscription.
  • Standard Trial — eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial before the Standard subscription renews at the price shown in the App Store. Apple determines eligibility.
  • Billing — subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal — subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
  • After Paid Access Ends — manual bill tracking remains available, but bank-data access and encrypted multi-device sync are disabled. Paidly. To deletes device-held Plaid transaction history and potential-bill candidates, queues linked Plaid connections for revocation, and removes their server connection and compatibility-cache data. Bills already stored locally remain available for manual use unless you delete them.
  • Refunds — all refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Price Changes — we may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing is handled exclusively by Apple.

4. Read-Only Bank Access

If you choose to link a bank account, Paidly. To accesses your bank data through Plaid in read-only mode. This means:

  • Paidly. To and Plaid can never initiate transfers, move money, or make payments on your behalf.
  • Your bank login credentials are entered directly on your bank's website (via Plaid's secure interface) and are never seen or stored by Paidly.To.
  • Bank linking is entirely optional — Paidly. To is fully functional without it.

By connecting a bank account, you also agree to Plaid's terms and policies.

5. Not Financial Advice

Paidly. To is a bill organization tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice. The information displayed in the App (including bill amounts, balances, due dates, and payment suggestions) is provided for informational purposes only.

Always verify payment amounts and due dates directly with your financial institution. Paidly. To is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or financial harm resulting from inaccurate or missing bill information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Paidly. To or any data obtained through it for:

  • Credit decisions — evaluating creditworthiness of yourself or others
  • Employment screening — making employment, promotion, or termination decisions
  • Tenant screening — making residential or commercial tenancy decisions
  • Insurance underwriting — determining insurance eligibility or pricing
  • Any use governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing bank or financial data obtained through the App
  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the App
  • Interfering with or disrupting the App or its connected services

7. Account and Data Responsibility

Paidly. To does not require a name, email address, or traditional account. The service uses an anonymous installation identity. Your primary bill database is stored locally; optional encrypted sync and provider-backed features process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend:

  • Enabling device-level passcode or biometric protection
  • Using Paidly. To's built-in Face ID / Touch ID lock feature
  • Keeping your device's operating system up to date

You are responsible for the accuracy of any bills you enter manually. We are not responsible for missed payments resulting from incorrect data entered into the App.

8. Third-Party Services

Paidly. To integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Plaid — for bank account connectivity. Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's Terms of Service.
  • RevenueCat — for subscription entitlement status.
  • Expo Push Notification Service and Apple Push Notification Service — for remote service notifications. Local bill reminders are scheduled on your device.
  • Apple In-App Purchase — for subscription billing. Subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
  • Render — for API and database hosting.
  • Logo.dev — for biller and institution branding.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Paidly. To application, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Paidly. To and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
  • Bill data retrieved from Plaid will be accurate, complete, or current
  • Notifications will be delivered on time or at all

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAIDLY.TO, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Late payment fees or penalties resulting from missed bill reminders
  • Financial loss arising from inaccurate bill data
  • Loss of data stored in the App
  • Unauthorized access to your device or account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, NOT TO EXCEED $71.88.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paidly. To and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Paidly. To at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it. Uninstalling the App alone may not delete server records; use Settings → Delete All My Data before uninstalling or contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Paidly. To shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of Paidly. To after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
